Maryam Munir-Morris

A native of Los Angeles California.

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Grambling State University '94" She earned her

Master's of Science in Criminal justice from Walden University. A dedicated public

servant for 15 years. Mrs. Munir-Morris works as a probation officer for Los

Angeles County . Being a community service is what she enjoys. Working

endlessly in several organizations such as Grambling State University National

Alumni Association ( Southern California Chapter), The National Congress

of Black Women. Mrs. Munir-Morris is also on the executive board for her union

(AFSCME) American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees ,local
